Jewellery designers open their trinket boxes for Liberty
Jewellery fans, clear your November weekend plans, as Liberty has a treat in store for lovers of jewels and gems.
During every weekend this month, the celebrated department store will be hosting a number of themed events, which will see jewellery designers on-hand to present their latest collections, show off special designs, and offer advice on how to wear key pieces.
This weekend sees Monica Vinader drop into store, with further designers listed below.
Additionally, look out for the launch of Liberty of London's stunning new jewellery collection, created by Tamara Salman, which mixes metals and semi-precious materials for the gothic inspired gems.
Upcoming Liberty Jewellery weekends:
15th / 16th: Erickson Beamon
22nd / 23rd: Isharya
29th / 30th: Alex Monroe
Thursday 6 November 2008

Please tell me if the picture of the humming bird necklace above is by Monica Vinader? I want it!
Many thanks,
Ellie

Hi Ellie,
Monica makes the most beautiful jewellery but this one is actually from us (I'm retail manager at Alex Monroe).
It's our classic Humming bird necklace from the Sunblossom range. (Alex originally designed it for his wife!)
Best,
Susie

Hi Ellie,
The hummingbird necklace is by Alex Monroe. We have a selection of his beautiful designs at our Jewellery boutique in Camden Passage, Islington called Kirt Holmes.
Kind regards
Nicola
