Erin O'Connor to sell wardrobe at auction
Erin O'Connor has donated thirty items of designer clothing and accessories to be sold at auction, to raise funds for young fashion talent.
The British model has cleared out her wardrobe for the sale, which will take place at Christie's South Kensington, and has donated a host of iconic designer pieces.
Items include dresses, jackets shoes, by designers including Marc Jacobs, Alexander McQueen, Marni, and bags by Mulberry, Louis Vuitton and Chanel.
Many pieces are instantly recognisable, or have amazing stories behind them, such as Roland Mouret's celebrated Galaxy dress, or the Chanel bags, which were a personal dift from Karl Lagerfeld.
All proceeds will go directly to the British Fashion Council, which supports young designers and aspiring models at the start of their careers
Erin has been an avid supporter of young talent in the fashion industry. Last year she started The Model Sanctuary, which offers models a retreat and area to seek health advice during London Fashion Week.
he sale takes place on Tuesday 16 September, with a public view on Saturday 13th.
