French Connection teams up with the V&A
Looking for something different to do on your Friday night? Well, French Connection may have the event for you.
Starting tonight, the high-street fashion haven will sponsor the Victoria & Albert museum's Friday Lates event, taking place on the last Friday every month.
Bringing together the worlds of art, fashion and music, the events will feature live performances, guest DJ's, workshops, debates, lectures and temporary exhibits.
The first instalment is entitled Art of Confession, where a theme of modern day storytelling and group confession will focus around the French Connection confession booth, where guests will receive absolution in the form of a Polaroid picture.
Commenting on the eventy, Lorna Perrin, Head of Communications at French Connection said, 'We are incredibly excited to be working with the V&A – this is a unique opportunity for us to showcase the brand in a truly original and creative way. The activity enables us to integrate our core brand values and build a respected and meaningful relationship with individuals interested in fashion, design and style.'
The events are free, although some will require a ticket. For further information visit www.vam.ac.uk/fcfridaylate.
