Roberto Cavalli's celebrity-bashing interview
Roberto Cavalli clearly doesn't mind who he offends - and has spoken out about his dislike for Madonna, Kate Moss and British style in a straight-talking interview this weekend.
Speaking to The Telegraph, the Italian designer certainly didn't hold back when it came to criticism.
On Madonna he commented, 'She is not nice with anyone: she doesn't know how to be nice.'
He also spoke on his distaste for celebrity fashion lines, saving his most vicious words for Kate Moss's Topshop line.
'Kate Moss’s collection was badly made, stupid and bland,' he said, 'you see things like that everywhere. You can’t just buy things for the label - it’s ridiculous,' he told the newspaper.'
He also took the opportunity to bash British style, saying: 'It happens a lot with women of a certain nationality - I’m sure you can imagine which - and you just want to say ‘Give it back!’?… The English - oh my God. I shouldn’t say this because I live part of the time in London, but they are on a par with the Swiss stylistically.'
He did save some praise though for Victoria Beckham, 'Sadly, now that she's in LA, it's difficult to see one another. We talk all the time on the phone, though. She is such a fantastic woman.'

That is a very stereotypical view of British style! Brits actually have a very unique, individual style, unlike the sheep in America!
