Scarlett Johansson and Matthew McConaughey were spotted shooting a sexy new ad for Dolce & Gabbana at the weekend – and we've got the gorgeous pictures.

The pair were photographed in Manhattan dressed in black and emerging from a local hotel before speeding off in a vintage Alpha Romeo sports car. Scarlett looked stunning in a black high-neck lace prom dress with chic black heels and wore her hair tied back into a low, loose bun. Matthew looked seriously dapper in his smart D&G suit.

The pair were joined by Oscar-winning director Martin Scorsese, who was on set to supervise the shoot, giving Scarlett and Matt hints and tips throughout the day. It's the second time this year we've seen these two team up WITH Martin to film their new ad campaign – back in April we saw the famous trio shooting scenes in the same glamorous outfits in the very same car on a beach in Malibu.

Matthew was joined on set by his Brazilian model girlfriend Camilla Alves, but Scarlett's new French boyfriend Romain Dauriac decided to give the shoot a miss.

We can't help but think Scarlett and Matthew make a super-stylish couple. Someone please cast these two in a rom-com, pronto.
