Get ready for a lesson in 'All In One' dressing as we take on the romper

I'm sure you are familiar with this spring's all-in-one styles – from jumpsuits to playsuits to dungarees – but if you're not, you need to get to know them (and fast!) as they're about to be your favourite wardrobe staple for the new season ahead. They may look like the hardest SS15 trend to wear, but fear not, we've got every single style sorted, plus the best picks from the high street. Time to step into your new romper…

The JUMPSUIT

The big time player of the all-in-one family is the full-length jumpsuit. You may think that this one is the hardest to tackle, but it's about to become the coolest, most comfortable item of clothing you own. If you are going all out, then REALLY go all out – but hitting up a print. We're obsessing over All Saints' divine feather-printed romper. Dark colours are really flattering for jumpsuits if you are feeling a little intimidated by them. This sophisticated print is fab – it's not too over the top and perfect for both a day and night look. For daytime, style with cool set of metallic sliders, or vamp it up for the evening with a sassy pair of 70s super-high heels. We always look out for some sort of waist belt or tie when choosing our jumpsuit as it breaks it up and work wonders on your figure.

The PLAYSUIT

Unlike its name, the playsuit no longer needs to be playful. We're saying goodbye to the pretty floral numbers we wore last year to Glastonbury, and hello to sleek, sophisticated cuts. The military trend was strong on the catwalks for spring/summer, so it's time to take it to the streets. Go for khaki colours with metal hardwear to channel this trend with force. We were totally blown away by this tailored asymmetric playsuit from Miss Selfridge and can't wait to look tough in it, too. Wear as it is for an evening look with some cute block-heel ankle boots, ior for daytime, team with a fine-knit jumper and sling on your classic white trainers.

The DUNGAREE

The traditional denim dungaree just got a revamp. We are (gladly) waving goodbye to the denim dungaree shorts – which, let's face it, are only flattering on those lucky enough to strut the catwalks! – and saying hello the chic new update for SS15. We're lusting over this white denim dunga-dress from H&M. It's so perfect for summer and almost any top can be worn underneath; weather depending obviously. If your super-eager to wear it before the height of the summer like us, then we're styling with sporty knits and jumpers for that extra layer of warmth.
