Actress Michelle Williams pulls off another fashion hit in Erdem

She’s long been our celebrity style crush, and Michelle Williams pulled off yet another gorgeous look last night (does she ever have an off day?), which channelled spring’s romantic trends in pretty pastel florals.

The My Week With Marilyn actress flaunted her fashion credentials once more, wearing a yellow, green and blue printed shift dress by Canadian-born UK-based designer Erdem – the third time she’s worn a dress by the London Fashion Week star.

Michelle, who was making her way to a TV studio to record an interview with chat show king David Letterman, completed her look with grey peep-toe Giuseppe Zanotti heels and a flash of red lipstick.

Once recording had wrapped, she also posed for some snaps in a black double-breasted shearling collar coat by Balenciaga as she braved the wintry New York weather.

The blonde starlet, who got an Oscar nomination for her portrayal of screen icon Marilyn Monroe in her latest film, has made a string of TV appearances as the 2012 awards season hots up.

Michelle told the Today Show that she was busy getting six-year-old daughter Matilda ready for the day, before heading to a friend’s house for breakfast, when they opened the door and told her of her Oscar nod.

She said: ‘It was a very sweet way to hear that news. It had completely slipped my mind, which is something that’s so great about having a kid. You get really absorbed.’
