Watch the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2018 Collection live from Kyoto

All the magic from the catwalk as it happens

All the magic from the catwalk as it happens

We were dazzled by Louis Vuitton’s Autumn/Winter 2017 collection at Paris Fashion Week earlier this year, so it’s with mega excitement that we wait to see what the Cruise Collection will look like.

Luckily for us – and for you – you don’t have to leave the comfort of your home, because we’re live streaming the show right here on MarieClaire.co.uk.

The show is taking place at the amazing Miho Museum in Kyoto, Japan, creating a unique experience that combines design, art and architecture.

After the desert of Palm Springs and the ocean of Rio, Ghesquiere wanted to introduce a fresh new landscape of forest green.

Louis Vuitton has always held close ties to Japan since the late 19th century, including a number of iconic artist collaborations such as Murakami, Yayoi Kusuama and more recently, Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment.

Tune in on Sunday 14th May from 9:15am to watch the action as it happens. And if that’s a little too early for you, don’t worry, you’ll be able to play it back afterwards!

Penny Goldstone

Penny Goldstone is the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire, covering everything from catwalk trends to royal fashion and the latest high street and Instagram must-haves.

Penny grew up in France and studied languages and law at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University in Paris before moving to the UK for her MA in multimedia journalism at Bournemouth University. She moved to the UK permanently and has never looked back (though she does go back regularly to stock up on cheese and wine).

Although she's always loved fashion - she used to create scrapbooks of her favourite trends and looks, including Sienna Miller and Kate Moss' boho phase - her first job was at MoneySavingExpert.com, sourcing the best deals for everything from restaurants to designer sales.

However she quit after two years to follow her true passion, fashion journalism, and after many years of internships and freelance stints at magazines including Red, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Good Housekeeping, landed her dream job as the Digital Fashion Editor at Marie Claire UK.

Her favourite part of the job is discovering new brands and meeting designers, and travelling the world to attend events and fashion shows. Seeing her first Chanel runway IRL at Paris Fashion Week was a true pinch-me moment.
