Is this friendship? We think so...
Rumour has it that supermodel besties Cara Delevingne and Kendall Jenner are starting a clothing line together. Of course, they’ve both played designers before (Kendall on her collections with sister Kylie, and Cara on her DKNY capsule range) but expressing a new BFF-ship through fashion is surely something to celebrate, non?
So here’s what we’re predicting from the inaugural CaKe fashion line…
Plenty Of CaKe Slogan Tees
Like Kimye, Brangelina, and Bennifer before them, CaKe have made their undying love for each other official with a super-duo nickname. They’ve had the name trademarked and have already got the T shirts and taken the Insta snaps to prove their commitment. So soon, we predict, fans everywhere will be able to declare their love with a slice of the slogan covered collection.
Off-Duty Model Denim
If there’s one thing that both Kendall and Cara wear well, it’s jeans. Whether in skinny drainpipes or seriously short cut-offs, they’ve got that whole supermodel styling thing down to a tee. So it would be rude not to share that with us now, wouldn’t it?
A Little Bit Of Glamour
Of course, CaKe knows how to majorly dial up the glamour for a special occasion. Cara and Kendall have graced many a red carpet together over the years, and both look completely en fleek at all times. From Cara’s obsession with smoking suits to Kendall’s eye for a sharp jumpsuit, we’re hoping for some smart cuts and polished styling in the collection, too.
For those mornings after the nights before, where only oversized sweatshirts and retro scrunchies will suffice. We all know Cara loves her hoodies and beanies, while Kendall favours silk bombers and leather jackets. Soon we will all be able to go incognito in style.
OMGWhy don’t these already exist? When Cara posted this Sunday morning snap of the CaKe duo a few weeks ago, sporting matching pyjamas, no less, we suddenly were convinced that life would be a better place with a style twin permanently by our sides. Our #FriendshipGoals have never been set higher…
