Jennifer Lawrence has given us the worst case of dress envy we've had in ages. Yes, really.

For an evening in New York yesterday, the actress showed off a sweet and summery white mini that we just can't stop thinking about.

Want to know who makes the delicate embroidered design? It's from Antonio Beradi's resort collection for 2016 so isn't available to buy just yet. Sob.

Oh the things we'd do to have Jennifer's fashion connections...

Jennifer teamed the frock - which flashed a hint of her incredibly toned thighs as she strutted along the pavement - with a pair of sleek nude stiletto sandals.

Her toe nails appeared to be painted with a green polish.

The 24-year-old's other accessories included a smart black, white and brown bag with a dainty chain strap and some supersized frames.

When it came to her hair, Jennifer picked a suitably chic style she knew would set off her outfit perfectly. The Oscar winner curled her long golden locks before leaving it to fall freely around her shoulders.

Wondering where Jennifer was heading off to looking so glam? It wasn't for a hot date with her rumoured boyfriend Chris Martin.

She was actually making her way to a VIP night to mark the new exhibition for The Hunger Games at Discovery in Times Square. The event opens to the public in July.

Jennifer was obviously happy to catch up with co-star Josh Hutcherson at the bash as the duo posed for a number of pictures together and were seen checking out artefacts from the movie.

Unsurprisingly, it's not the only stylish outing Jennifer has enjoyed over the past few days.

She looked super-chic in a sexy black separates for an official dinner with Tim Palen Sunday, having wowed in a sassy LBD and caged heels on Friday.
