The 70s look is back – in a big way. So if you’re seeking inspiration on how to make it work, here’s a sneak peak at the latest campaign from Louis Vuitton.
This season, designers take a stumble back to the decade of glamour, glitter and rock n’ roll – with silk, flares and platforms making their way down the catwalk.
Directed by artistic director Marc Jacobs and shot by the wondrous Steven Meisel – it’s taking us right back to the decadent scene of a 1970s night club.
Showcased by fashion’s model of the moment, Freja Beha Erichsen, the campaign also features models Racquel Zimmerman and Kristen McMenamy. It’s time to think colour-blocked lurex, halter dresses and Oriental-inspired silk kimonos.
