It's time to get excited, fashion fans. H&M have confirmed their latest collaboration will be with Maison Martin Margiela

It's time to get excited, fashion fans! H&M have confirmed they will team up with Maison Martin Margiela to launch an exclusive, one-off collaboration.

After 24-hours of intense speculation, the high street giants, who have teamed up with Marni, Karl Lagerfeld, Versace, and Lanvin and Comme des Garçons in the past, confirmed their latest collaboration today.

'Maison Martin Margiela is one of the most important and influential fashion houses of the past three decades,' said H&M creative advisor Margareta van den Bosch.

'I am so excited by this radical collaboration which will give fashion lovers around the world the chance to wear special pieces by Maison Martin Margiela. This collaboration will be a great and memorable fashion moment.'

We'll second that.

The collection, comprising ready-to-wear clothing and accessories for men and women will drop on November 15, in 230 stores worldwide, plus online, on the store's website.

And it seems the famous fashion house is almost as excited as we are.

'The democracy of our fashion has always been at the centre of our creativity, and the collaboration with H&M allows us to push this instinct further,' said a statement from Maison Martin Margiela, released today.

'We will bring together the contrasting universes of the two houses in ways that will surprise all.'

We. Can't. Wait.
