Burberry have long championed rising British music talent and last night was no exception, as the label hosted an intimate acoustic gig with Jake Bugg for its closest fashion friends.

Burberry poster girl Cara Delevingne was in attendance, naturally, wearing pieces from the brand's latest collections, including a blue peplum bustier top from the spring/summer 2013 range, a fitted jacket with striped sleeves from spring/summer 2012's offering and black leather trousers. A pair of electric blue pumps and a perspex yellow 'Blaze' handbag finished off her look.

She mingled with the likes of fellow model Amber Le Bon, dressed in a slouchy black dress by AllSaints and a leather biker jacket, and TV funnyman Jack Whitehall at the gig, which was held at Burberry's flagship store on London's Regent Street.

Burberry's Chief Creative Officer, Christopher Bailey, joined them to catch 18-year-old Bugg's acoustic performance. The Nottingham-born singer, whose music was used to soundtrack the label's recent menswear show, is set to continue his success in 2012 with an even bigger 2013, which will see him take his number one self-titled album on tour throughout the UK and across Europe, to the festival fields at this summer's Benicassim and SXSW, and attend the Brit Awards later this month as a nominee for Best British Breakthrough Act.

Bailey launched Acoustic Presents in 2010 to champion the music he loves, with a whole section of the brand's website
