Having Cara Delevingne walk in your show is enough to ensure it will get some attention. Add high-tech buzzing drones with cameras attached, and you're guaranteed headlines.

Throw in a (somewhat creepy) furry doll-version of your creative director, and you've reach new levels of publicity.

That's exactly what went down at the Fendi show during Milan Fashion Week this afternoon.

The British model opened the show wearing a fierce black coat with a furry hood and crisp white gloves. Clinched in between two fingers was a miniature likeness of Karl Lagerfeld, complete with white collar, dark sunglasses and snow-white hair.

After the show, Cara posed backstage with the doll and snapped a picture with Lagerfeld himself to share via Instagram.

'With the one and only @karllagerfeld and his mini me #doubletrouble,' she wrote.

With all the publicity stunts happening, we barely had time to focus on the fashion!
