Beyoncé Has Launched Her Own Diet Delivery Service. Yes, Really...

If you are what you eat, will signing up to 22-Days Nutrition mean that we turn into Beyoncé? Probably not, but if this healthy eating plan is what gives the singer those killer curves, we'll give it a go.

If Beyoncé offering a diet delivery service seems totally random and out of the blue. It's really not. You may or may not remember Bey's first foray into veganism in the winter of 2013, when the singer embarked on the 22-Days Nutrition Challenge, which is based on the premise that it takes 21 days to make or break habits. Beyoncé only ate plant-based foods for this period - and has stuck to the healthy eating plan, proving that it really can work.

Now Beyoncé wants us all to try and live a vegan lifestyle too, so she has teamed up with exercise physiologist (and her personal trainer) Marco Borges to launch this new diet delivery service. Prices start at $9.24 (£6.14) for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner and every meal is 100% plant-based, organic and low in fat, sugar and salt. Plus, the meals are delivered straight to your door and are ready to eat, so there's literally no effort involved in this healthy eating plan.

Beyoncé says of her new venture, 'I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him.'

Go to to see what's on offer, but don't expect to see motivational pictures of Beyoncé to get you in the zone. There isn't a whiff of superstar about this website, just good, simple and healthy food ideas...
