Angelina Jolie probably won't be hanging this poster up in her kids' bedrooms.

The actress proves she can pull off the evil villain in the new art for her upcoming film Maleficent.

In the poster, Angelina's piercing green eyes cast a sinister stare toward the camera - and her prosthetic cheekbones and blood-red lips make the overall look even more frightening.

Below Maleficent's wicked face, we see the innocent Sleeping Beauty (Elle Fanning) silently awaiting her Prince Charming.

Since we're a bit creeped out by Angie's appearance, it makes sense that young children would be terrified to see her in costume.

The actress recently revealed that the reason they ended up casting her own daughter, 5-year-old Vivienne, for the role of young Sleeping Beauty was because all the other kids were too scared to play the part.

'It had to be a child that liked me and wasn’t afraid of my horns and my eyes and my claws,' the mum of six said. 'So it had to be Viv.'

Maleficent hits UK cinemas on 30 May 2014.
