Kate Moss didn't leave much to the imagination yesterday, as she hit the streets of London to film a racy cosmetics commercial.

But despite baring (almost) all, in thigh-high boots and a furry coat, the Super still chose to use a body double for some of the shots.

It's thought Kate was location at upmarket hotel Launceston Place to film a commercial for an upcoming ad campaign.

Dressed in towering heels, a coat and not much else, Ms. Moss strutted her stuff during the day.

She was also filmed speaking to camera and stepping out of a luxury car.

But despite showing off her slim figure, it's thought a body double was drafted in to film moving shots for Kate Moss during the day.

Kate Moss's campaign was the second photo shoot she's been spotted on in as many weeks.

Previously, she was spotted on location in the British countryside, posing with a male model on a Harley Davidson.

As you do.
