Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson had been virtually inseparable ever since the British actor returned to LA after over two months filming on location in Australia – and it’s a good job the couple got in plenty of alone time as they’re to be apart once again.

On Tuesday morning fans spied Robert Pattinson at LAX airport ready to jet off and with it he left behind his girlfriend, Kristen Stewart. The star wore his usual casual attire and signature sunglasses as he went though security.

It’s widely believed the Twilight alumni is leaving the city to begin work on his latest film project, Mission: Blacklist with production scheduled to start this month. Filming will keep him away from Kristen for several weeks although they will no doubt plan in a romantic reunion.
