Gwyneth Paltrow has one of the most perfect bodies on the planet but it comes at a hefty price – hours dedicated to strenuous workouts and a disciplined approach to diet. But the health-conscious star revealed to Marie Claire that it’s not easy for her, so much so that her high power workouts have reduced her to tears.

Speaking about her exercise routine Gwyneth Paltrow tells us: ‘There was a day the other week where I just started crying and I quit. I was like: “I just can’t do it, I hate it.”'
While promoting Iron Man 3 we caught up with the star to firstly, see her flawless figure in the flesh (she’s stunning), and secondly to find out if she worked out especially hard for her latest film where she shows off her amazing abs.
‘I have the same routine my five-day-a-week Tracey Anderson,’ she reveals. ‘I’ve made it such a habit, it’s like brushing my teeth.’
But of course it’s not always that easy as the mum-of-two adds that she, like many of us, has periods where exercising is the last thing on her mind.
Gwyneth Paltrow adds: ‘A lot of days I don’t want to do it but I literally force myself, it’s sheer will. I just force myself to make it a part of my day and I try not to even listen to the doubts.
