Robert Pattinson clearly knows how to treat a lady, he’s pulling out all the stops to ensure girlfriend, Kristen Stewart will see in her 23rd year in serious style arranging festivities for an entire week.

The couple reportedly spent the eve of Kristen’s actual birthday watching Rihanna’s concert at the Staples Centre in LA. But far from being a romantic affair they were joined by Kristen’s close friend Scout Compton for a relaxed soiree.

Onlookers tweeted their excitement to share the news they’d spotted the Twilight duo at the gig, although the savvy pair managed to avoid having their photo taken.

Over the weekend Robert Pattinson joined Kristen at a wedding in Texas before the actress was spotted at a tattoo parlour although it’s not known if she honoured her birthday with a special inking.

To follow on from their night at Rihanna’s gig, Robert is thought to be helping Kristen organise a dinner party for close friends at her home in the Hollywood Hills.

But that’s not all, they plan to spend the rest of the weekend at Coachella festival in LA. Robert and Kristen have hired a house to accommodate all their friends and throw a big birthday party.
