EXCLUSIVE: Keira Knightley speaks to Marie Claire about what matters to her in life

Keira Knightley, what with her multiple award nominations and seemingly limitless bank balance is a showbiz success story, although she doesn’t appear to see things in the same way.

KEIRA KNIGHTLEY ON WHAT ‘PISSES HER OFF’

The actress spoke to Marie Claire about how she defines achievement and her answer showed a soft, more gentle side to her polished A-list exterior.

‘I’m not sure I can define success,’ she tells us. ‘I think if I get to the end of my life having hurt as few people as possible, making sure the people who mean the most to me know they’ve been loved, I will be happy.’

And despite all the fame and fortune thrust upon her, Keira Knightley still keeps perspective adding: ‘Success in work, whatever work, will come and go.’

Judging from her career so far we doubt her star will ever fade!

But if she does decide to have a break from Hollywood it appears she could soon give Nigella Lawson something to worry about.

Her longer-term friend Sienna Miller revealed to us what a good cook the Marie Claire cover star is saying: ‘Keira makes a mean spaghetti Bolognese.’
