While there may be no developments at Fifty Shades of Grey movie headquarters, the public have already decided exactly who they want to take the lead roles and top of the list are Ryan Gosling and Emma Watson.
WHO WILL PLAY CHRISTIAN GREY? MEET OUR CAST CONTENDERS
A recent survey by Cineworld found that just under 40 per cent of people would love to see the Canadian actor play Christian Grey on the big screen, and a third are keen for Emma Watson to play his love interest, Anastasia Steele.
Also featuring in the poll is People’s sexiest man of the year, Channing Tatum, who secures 20 per cent of the votes, as did True Blood star Alexander Skarsgaard. In fourth and fifth place are Jake Gyllenhaal and British star Ed Westwick.
FIFTY SHADES OF GREY ROLE LINKED TO KRYSTEN RITTER
Kristen Stewart doesn’t feature in the results for the preferred female lead with those polled preferring Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis for the part. Keira Knightley, who recently ruled out a role in the movie, secured just over 10 per cent, closely followed by Kirsten Dunst.
All we can do know is sit and wait for film makers Universal to put an end to our Fifty Shades of Grey movie misery.
