Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 is the last chance we’ll get to see Taylor Lautner take off his top and transform into werewolf Jacob Black. And this is something, he’s pretty pleased about as he’s not keen in reprising topless scenes.
BREAKING DAWN PART 2 REVIEW
As Taylor joined Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson in promoting the final Twilight film, Marie Claire online caught up with him to discuss how he felt about stripping off for the final time.
We asked why we had to wait approximately nine minutes in Breaking Dawn Part 2 to see him topless, and he joked: ‘That is so long, I don’t know [why it was nine minutes] the good news is that’s the only time that happens.’
As the cast breakaway from their roles, and try to avoid being typecast, we asked Taylor if he was going to ensure future film contracts didn’t have a topless clause, or if he’d prefer it the other way round.

He added: ‘Definitely not prefer it the other way round, it depends on what it is but look, it [being topless] would have to make sense.
‘It would be nice to take a break from that [being topless].’
His fans may not be so positive about it though! Despite this, Taylor has incredible respect for his fans telling us: ‘Our goal over this whole franchise was just to live up to the expectations of the fans. Our goal was just to simply bring those to life and I hope they really appreciate this last one.’
We doubt they’ll be disappointed!
