Kim Kardashian has a pretty impressive business empire, but that doesn’t make her exempt to politics in her professional life. The reality TV star and her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian will reportedly be sued if they do not change the name of their beauty line, Khroma beauty.

The collection, which launched earlier this year, features a range of make-up and beauty products and is sold across America. Although their choice of name for the range bears a striking resemblance to a higher-end make-up collection called Chroma.
The owner of Chroma, Michael Rey claims his brand has been jeopardised because of the Kardashians’ similarly-named products and the fact they are sold at lower-end shops.

Mr Rey believes, that Kim and her sisters have created confusion for customers telling TMZ that he has asked the reality TV stars to change the name of their brand to solve the problem.
If they do not do this he has threatened to take legal action and has allegedly hired a team of lawyers, although representatives for Khroma are yet to respond.
Kim Kardashian showed no signs of strain though this weekend as she stepped out dressed as a mermaid to celebrate Halloween with her beau, Kanye West.
