Fifty Shades of Grey has had us all imagining vividly who might play Christian Grey in the movie, but one actor who we definitely won't see take on the raunchy role is Robert Pattinson.
The Twilight actor has given an interview about his anger at being ruled out of having the Fifty Shades part by the book's author, E.L James.
He jokingly told The Chicago Examiner: 'I think the author has written me out of it after my Edward Cullen role. I saw some interview earlier, and they went, oh, it could never be [me] in the part. And I was like, "Hey, I’m going to make you all pay for saying that!"

Rob also went on to talk about the astounding effect he's seen the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey movie have on his fellow actors. He said: 'It’s funny seeing all these other actors so openly vying for it. I’ve never seen that happen before. It’s so strange.
'I haven’t really read all of ’50 Shades,’ though… I haven't read the whole thing. I read bits of it, there's a book called ‘Fifty Sheds of Grey’. Have you seen that book? That's amazing, just a picture book of fifty grey sheds, and it's literally on the New York Times Best Seller list. People have got the wrong read.'
He added that he would have the right skills to take on Christian Grey, if given the chance, saying: 'I mean, I get that the Christian Grey character is kind of… sort of weird. But I’m used to that… the movie I’m doing next is a real guy… but he’s kind of, well, weird, too.'
