Gossip Girl’s Jessica Szohr appears to be following in her co-star Blake Lively’s loved-up footsteps as it’s believed the actress is now dating former Hollyoaks actor Ricky Whittle.
It may be a surprise and a somewhat random reported romance but one that appears sincere. The duo were spotted arriving at LAX airport yesterday (Thursday) after the Brit jetted into San Jose to visit Jessica on the set of her latest film, 'The Internship'.

The alleged relationship has been kept under wraps ever since things heated up when they attended the MTV Video Music Awards earlier this month. We spotted the pair sitting next to each other at the event and saw Ricky chivalrously holding Jessica’s bag as she posed for photographers.
A friend of the pair told MailOnline: ‘It’s early days but Ricky and Jessica have been spending quite a bit of time together and they get on really well.
‘They’ve known each other for a while but now they seem to be a bit more serious about one another and they make a great couple. They’re just taking it slowly and seeing how things go.'
Jessica clearly has a thing for British men, she dated her co-star Ed Westwick on and off for four years. Not that we’re biased or anything, but she clearly has good taste!
