The eldest Kardashian was filmed for the reality TV show giving birth to her second child, Penelope Scotland, and even pulling the baby out with her own hands.

The whole Kardashian clan was present to witness the birth, including Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Rob Kardashian, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as well as boyfriend and father of her children Scott Disick.
The Kardashians allow cameras to film every aspect of their life - the birth of Kourtney's first child, Mason, was also broadcast across the world.
