Jessie J and Sir Tom Jones have reportedly bowed out of The Voice UK after just one series.

Fiesty singer Jessie J is rumoured to have left the show to concentrate on her forthcoming UK tour which would have clashed with the BBC One talent series.

Meanwhile it is thought that Sir Tom was advised to leave the show, which suffered a substantial dip in ratings from 12.1 million to just 5.1million in week 10, by his management.

Speaking to comedian Rob Brydon on his chat show recently, music veteran Tom confessed there were a few details that needed to be 'ironed out' before he confirmed his place in the judging seat for the second series.

He said: 'I think I will do another series. We are talking about it now. But there are a couple of things that need to be ironed out.

'One of the things I said I need to know is who the other coaches are, because I don’t want to be sitting there with somebody that I don’t admire or particularly like... there are a few of them!

'Hopefully, we will have the same four coaches.'

Thankfully it looks like Will.i.am and Danny O'Donoghue are staying put, but who should they sit alongside?
