Ever the show girl, Madonna treated fans to an emotionally charged performance of Like A Virgin during her MDNA world tour in Berlin last night.
The Madonna tour has been full of surprises. First she whipped out her nipple in Turkey, then she flashed her bum in Rome, now the Queen of Pop has wept on stage, while being caressed by a semi-naked man.

The 53-year-old stunned fans when she gave her 1984 mega hit Like A Virgin a Caberet-style twist, fell to her knees and started to cry.
During the slowed down version of the song, Madonna writhed around on the floor before halting the set as she wept - sending the crowd wild.
Propping herself back up with a cane, the Express Yourself singer got to the chorus as a handsome semi-naked dancer hoisted her into a corset. Whatever next!
