Eva Langoria's has split with Eduardo Cruz for the second time after an on-off relationship which lasted 16 months.
Eva's break-up with Penelope Cruz's younger brother has been confirmed by a representative.
The couple started dating after Eva split with her husband Tony Parker, with who she enjoyed a four year marriage.
After splitting up in March, after a year together, Eva and Eduardo reunited again later on in the spring and were most recently spotted on holiday together in Seville, Spain earlier this month but it was not to last.
Eva recently finished filming the final series of Desperate Housewives, where she played Gabrielle Solis.
