Ever since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie announced their engagement over a month ago, rumours have been swirling as to when Hollywood's hottest couple would walk up the aisle. But it won't be any time soon, it seems.
Brad Pitt put any summer wedding rumours to rest yesterday during a press conference at the Cannes International Film Festival to promote his latest movie, Killing Them Softly.

The dashing actor explained: 'We actually, really and truly, have no date ... It's just something that makes sense to us, and certainly date-wise, it's just a rumor ... We're still hoping that we can figure out marriage equality in the states before that date.'

Pitts comments support the couple's previous decision to delay tying the knot until gay marriage has been made legal throughout America.
The couple eventually decided to get engaged anyway after bowing to pressure from their six children, Maddox, 10, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 5 and 3-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
