They make an unlikely threesome, but apparently Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have become good friends with Katy Perry - so much so that they're apparently starring in her new movie.
The Twilight stars, who are a real life couple, were spotted in between takes on what's thought to be a shoot for Perry's upcoming 3D film in Los Angeles.

R-Patz and K-Stew were snapped smoking (oh dear), chatting and laughing with crew members in a back-alley on a break from filming the new project.
There are reports that Pattinson, in particular, has been getting close to Perry following her split from Russell Brand and has been calling and texting her to make sure that she's handling the public break-up well.
This is one cool crowd that we'd love to hang out with!
