Brian Austin Green 'seriously injured' a photographer while his wife Megan Fox cheered him on, according to reports.
The husband and wife duo are being sued by photographer Delbert Shaw, who claims Green violently attacked him while Fox egged him on from the sidelines.
The alleged incident happened last December when Shaw was caught taking pictures of the couple as they enjoyed a romantic holiday in Hawaii.

After refusing to stop snapping the stars, Shaw says Austin attacked him leaving him with severe injuries.
Shaw is seeking unspecified damages in his lawsuit for the apparent injuries he suffered.
Fox and Green married in Hawaii in June 2010 after dating on-and-off for six years. They have have issued no comment on the reported altercation or the lawsuit so far.
