The will, which was filed yesterday, was set up in 1993, with Houston's mother, brother and sister-in-law named as trustees.
It's thought 18-year old Bobbi Kristina Brown will inherit the late singer's fortune, with cars, jewellery, furnishing and personal effects all included.
According to The Insider, Houston's money will be put into a trust, with Bobbi Kristina inheriting some of the money when she reaches 21.
She'll receive a further two instalments when she turns 25 and 30.
Houston's ex-husband Bobbi Brown was left nothing, after signing a pre-nuptial agreement which prevented him from accessing the document.
The Bodyguard singer was found dead in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton hotel last month.
