Kylie Minogue delighted her fans by performing at this weekend's Sydney Mardi Gras, and all for free.
The popstar, who is celebrating 25 years in the music industry this year, apparently waived the $16,000 fee at the annual gay and lesbian parade.

The 43-year-old took to the stage at 2am in the pouring rain and belted out a stunning set which included Wow, It's In Your Eyes, All The Lovers and Locomotion.
Afterwards, Minogue wrote on her Twitter page: 'ThkU THANK YOU @SydneyMardiGras & Mardigrasland... YOU were amazing... I am #happytiredwiredrelievedamazedgrateful (sic).'
She later added: 'Still simply cannot believe the amount of people who were in or helped create the K25 float,' before she posted a lovely photo of her on-stage.
The Australian singer later hit the Mardi Gras VIP party in a gorgeous red lace dress by Emilio Pucci.
Kylie last performed at the Sydney Mardi Gras in 1998.
