The rumour mill has gone into overdrive since reports that Drew Barrymore was spotted leaving a doctor's office holding a baby scan emerged.
American website TMZ have published a photo of the 36-year-old actress with her fiance Will Kopelman in Beverly Hills last week clutching onto what appears to be a sonogram.
So far, Barrymore's representative has refused to comment.
If the star is pregnant, it would be great news as she's long spoken of her desire to have a family. Back in 2006, she said: 'I definitely feel the beginnings of a tick-tock.
'Whether I have children or adopt, whatever form a family comes in, I would absolutely love to have it.'
The 37-year-old became engaged to Kopelman, 34, at the end of last year.
