The couple, who met whilst filming Wanderlust back in 2010, went to great lengths to avoid each other at the premiere in Los Angeles.
Jen, who just celebrated her 43rd birthday with a party at the swanky Chateau Marmont, happily posed with every man and his dog, apart from her beau.
Looking her usual gorgeous self in a momchrome Tom Ford dress, the actress cosied up to co-stars Malin Akerman, Paul Rudd and Kathryn Hahn but left Theroux to do his own thing.
