Ever since Andrew Garfield bagged the lead and gave Spider-Man a sleek new makeover, we've been dying to set eyes on the film.
But since it doesn't hit screens until the summer, we're contenting ourselves with the tension-filled new trailer instead.
Packed with dramatic action and a closer look at Spidey than we've seen so far, the epic two-and-half-minute clip also shows our hot superhero newcomer and on-screen love interest Emma Stone in action for the very first time.
Throw some stomach-churning stunts and a chase scene across a glittering New York skyline into the bargain, and you have yourselves a hit.
