Exes Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony made for awkward viewing while they plugged their new reality TV show.

Being reunited with an ex is drag most of us could do without, so spare a little thought for Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony who are gritting their teeth and continuing with promotional duties for their reality TV show Q Viva, which they signed up to before splitting.

The couple may have put on a united front for a press Q&A session, but their awkward body language wasn't fooling anyone.

In one particularly cringeworthy moment Marc appeared transfixed by the absence of his ex-wife's wedding ring.

Unable to ignore his gawking, an uncomfortable Jennifer raised her hand to show off four rings on her fingers, simply saying, 'four stars.'

Addressing the ensembled reporters, Jennifer insisted: ‘We have a great time working together.’

J-Lo, 42, is currently dating 24-year-old dancer Casper Smart, while Marc, 43, has been linked to Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima.

Back in July 2011, the couple announced they were divorcing after seven years of marriage.
