Choosing a Christmas gift for any man is hard enough, but just imagine if that man is Brad Pitt. Angelina Jolie solved the problem this year by treating her beau to a rather unusual present – a waterfall in California.

Yes, that’s right.

According to reports, Angelina Jolie bought a waterfall on an exclusive piece of property to give to Brad Pitt as a joint 48th birthday and Christmas gift.

‘Angelina wanted to get him something incredibly special and, because she knows how much he loves architecture, she thought this would be perfect,’ one insider told the Daily Mail.

‘This is the present to top all presents.’

And so delighted is Brad Pitt with his watery Christmas gift, that he’s already making plans to build a home close to it – after the clan recently sold their Malibu abode.

‘Brad has dreamed of a home with the sound of a waterfall cascading under the house,’ the insider added, revealing the actor was inspired by a similar home, belonging to American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright.

‘He wants to pull all aspects of nature, light, glass and varying levels into the concept.’

That’s one Hollywood residence we would just love to see! What do you think of Angelina Jolie's gift?
