Reese Witherspoon hit by a car

Reese Witherspoon was hit by a car yesterday while jogging in California.
The Oscar winning actress was taken to hospital following the accident in the suburb of Santa Monica, but luckily only suffered minor injuries.
The Police Department confirmed that the collision involved an 84-year-old driver who failed to stop at a pedestrian crossing.
Reese's rep later confirmed to People Magazine that the mum-of-two was not seriously injured and was 'resting comfortably at home.'
