She may have looked flawless in a pretty plum dress, but Keira Knightley has revealed she considered herself 'the worst bridesmaid in the world', after walking down the aisle at her brother's wedding.

The actress acted as maid to Kerry Nixon, as she married Keira's brother Caleb in Scotland last month, but it's one role the actress felt she didn't do justice.

Speaking on US morning TV, she divulged: 'I don't normally spill things down myself but every single drink went down that dress.'

'Then they had a curry buffet at this wedding and the curry went all the way down the dress as well, and then I went to the toilet and I got it stuck in the door and it ripped it all the way down the back' Keira revealed. 'So I was the worst bridesmaid in the entire world.'

Sounding the end of her bridesmaid career, she added: 'I'm never going to be asked again.'

The actress is currently in the States promoting new flick, Last Night, in which she stars alongside Eva Mendes and Sam Worthington.
