Jen’s BFF, long time trainer and Yogalosophy expert Mandy Ingber has released a brand new fitness DVD, and we’ve got ten copies to give away in an exclusive competition on Twitter TODAY!

Designed to sculpt muscles and unwind the mind, the fitness programme – currently taking Hollywood by storm - uses ‘emotional energy' to motivate exercise - while providing the ability to ‘observe oneself' during a workout.

The DVD exercise plan - the very same workout used by Ms Aniston herself - involves two easy to follow, 30-minute yoga routines, followed by a 55-minute series of poses - designed to help weight loss, shape, sculpt and increase muscle definition.

Along with Jen, celebrity fans include mum-to-be Victoria Beckham, who reportedly does the Yogalosophy workout at home, three times a week.

your Dvd is the only one that I enjoy doing at home. I have tried many, but yours is the best,Ive had your dvd for about a year now and still enjoy and feel it!
