Sienna Miller will not give up on her case against the News of the World following its phone hacking scandal, insisting the paper must reveal the whole truth over what happened.

Proving she’s not one to cross, the actress rejected its apology, instead demanding a full disclosure.

Her solicitor Mark Thomson stated: ‘Her primary concern is to discover the whole truth and for all those responsible to be held to account.’

The Factory Girl star was one of eight high profile targets hacked by the newspaper. Others include comedian Steve Coogan and former culture secretary Tessa Jowell.

Her answer machine was hacked into and listened to, with messages from Jude Law in particular being used for multiple 'inside' stories.

‘Sienna's claims are based on outrageous violations of her privacy; her voicemails were persistently hacked and the information obtained was used to publish numerous intrusive articles over a period of a year,’ her solicitor said last night.

‘She is awaiting information and disclosure from the News of the World which has been ordered by the court and will consider her next steps once this is provided.’

Sienna’s statement comes after the paper’s chief reporter Neville Thurleck and assistant editor Ian Edmonson were sacked last week.
