Christina Applegate and Martyn LeNoble celebrate birth of baby girl

Christina Applegate and Martyn LeNoble are celebrating the birth of their first child, a baby girl.

The new parents confirmed the happy news via a statement to People magazine, which read: 'Christina Applegate and fiancé, musician Martyn LeNoble, welcomed daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, in Los Angeles.

'Mother and daughter are doing great,' it added.

Proud father Lenoble later posted on his Facebook page that their little bundle of joy weighed in at 7lbs, 8oz.

This is the first baby for both the 39-year-old actress and her beau, who have been together for almost three years, and got engaged last Valentine's Day.
