Attending a Tokyo press call for her new movie Burlesque, the songstress waved to fans, revealing a distinct scar under her arm in the process.

The Daily Mail reports that the inch-long scar line is indicative that Ms Aguilera could have had a boost under the knife, as it’s a common result of transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation.
In this procedure, implants are placed through an armpit incision to avoid scarring the breast.
Aguilera has been subject to plastic surgery rumours for years, but has never commented on whether she's undergone a boob job.
