Brit designer Stella McCartney gave birth to a baby girl at the exclusive Portland Hospital in London, yesterday.
The star and her hubby Alasdhair Willis welcomed a bouncing baby girl named Reiley, a rep for the star pair has confirmed.
The brand new addition to the family weighed in at a perfect 8 lbs.
The couple - who tied the knot back in 2003 - already have three children - Miller Alasdhair James, 5½, daughter Bailey Linda Olwyn, 4 next week, and son Beckett Robert Lee, 2½.
