Kate Moss married her rocker beau Jamie Hince in a 'quiet' but 'romantic' secret ceremony in Sicily over the summer, according to reports.

The Super has set the rumour mill alight in recent months, by sporting an large gold sparkler on her wedding finger.

And now it seems talk of a wedding is true, with the couple continuing this year’s celebrity trend for marrying in secret, away from photographers and prying eyes.

The pair are said to have tied the knot at a romantic church in Sicily, eschewing a formal ceremony, and exchanging vows in a small 'spiritual' wedding in front of only a handful of friends and family.

‘Kate’s had a fairly turbulent love life but she’s a romantic at heart,’ one insider told the Mirror. ‘The plans were kept very quiet as Kate wanted the day to be low-key and purely a celebration of their love.’

The blushing bride is said to have walked barefoot down the aisle in a sheer, light dress before the laid-back ceremony, with her six-year-old daughter Lila Grace acting as ring-bearer.

‘They planned the day for weeks and were so excited. Kate didn’t want a stuffy, formal do, but something spiritual,’ the source added.

‘Minutes after tying the knot, the giggling newlyweds were outside the church, dancing under trees.’

Kate met the Kills rocker back in 2007 after being introduced by mutual friend Sadie Frost, and the pair soon became inseperable.

Jamie’s been credited with persuading party-loving Kate to calm her wild ways, and is said to have helped the model finally settle down.

‘She’s never been one for convention or tradition, but Jamie’s been there for her through thick and thin, and she simply felt the time was right,’ the source added of the marriage.
