Sex and the City starlet Sarah Jessica Parker looked every inch the stylish mum as she took her twins Marion and Tabitha on an outing in New York yesterday.

The star had the tiny tots via surrogate just last year, but is rarely pictured out and about with the gorgeous pair.

But SJP decided to treat the twin twosome to a trip out around the city yesterday, and was spotted carrying each in turn, as well as letting them take a few tiny steps on their own.

Dressed for downtime, she donned a relaxed jersey tee, skinny jeans and sensible wedge boots to run her errands, accompanied by her gorgeous girls and their nanny.

Earlier this year, she spoke out about the difficulty of being a working mother, saying she found it hard to leave the newborns to film Sex and the City in Morocco.

‘It's been amazing but complicated because of my current work schedule, which I have enormous regrets about,' she said of becoming a new mother just before the movie.

'It's the eternal conflict of every working woman. And I'm not complaining because I've done this to myself. The great challenge for me is to be all things to all people.'
