After hiring private detectives to track down Irma Nici, David Beckham has served the high-class prostitute with a £5 million legal writ, following her claims they slept together five times in 2007.

Just last week, US title In Touch alleged David paid Irma a whopping £10,000 for her services, and published an interview with the call girl.

But Beckham’s camp quickly branded the allegations ‘ridiculous’, slamming the quotes as ‘lies’ and completely ‘untrue’.

Now it seems the prostitute's sordid claims are unravelling, with flaws and inconsistencies reportedly found in her story.

And David’s on the warpath, hiring a formidable team of international lawyers who are determined to settle the matter.

It’s thought Irma has been hiding out in New York, in an attempt to avoid the hefty legal papers being served.

But Becks foiled her plot by hiring a team of private detectives, who tracked her down to a luxury hotel and slapped the girl with a £5 million writ for personal damages.

In a no holds barred approach, David’s also turned his attention to the publishers of In Touch, and is suing Baur in both the UK and Germany for ‘slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress’.

Hell Yell, too many stories like this are published and ruin peoples lives, its a shame people resort to this kind of twaddle, but its our fault as we buy it.

David is completley doing the right thing, these people make money from fabricating lies selling to papers and magazines without a care in the world for wifes/g.friends and worst of all little childrens feelings. Shame on them.
They have no morals, no feelings for others, no conscience and clearly no respect for themselves either. You don't get much lower than that do you?

Of course he should go to court. It's not fair that someone is spreading lies about him just because he is famous
